In my nearly twenty years in real estate, I’ve cultivated deep, hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of property types — from Class A commercial office and small- to medium-scale mixed-use and multifamily projects to retail and warehouse/flex industrial assets.

At various points in my career, I have been responsible for establishing best-management practices and implementing the systems and processes required to lead property-level operations, including leasing, tenant relations, personnel and vendor management, budgeting, building systems maintenance, and coordination and execution of capital improvement projects. I have also taken on external communications responsibilities, engaging with tenants, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone remains informed, engaged, and aligned.

I’ve overseen more than $600 million in real estate assets, covering over one million square feet of core office, industrial-flex, and retail properties, and administered over $167 million in loans supporting acquisition, development, and renovation of commercial assets.
