2025 ESG Report Summary
This inaugural ESG report covers the 2025 calendar year. It is intentionally foundational, establishing a framework rather than presenting performance data, and reflects an early-stage firm taking a measured approach to ESG disclosure.

Governance is the most developed pillar. The firm is formalizing an Investment Allocation Policy, a conflict-of-interest protocol, and a decision log to bring structure and transparency to how opportunities are assigned across investment vehicles.
Environmental efforts center on a seven-category physical climate risk assessment framework covering heat stress, water stress, wildfires, flooding, sea-level rise, hurricanes, and seismic risk. Sustainability indicators including green certifications, energy ratings, affordability mix, and responsible contractor standards are being baselined for initial reporting in mid-2026.
Social commitments focus on tenant engagement and community stakeholder outreach, with formal documentation standards still in development.
The report is candid about its limitations: no quantitative KPIs are presented, no assets have been formally risk-assessed, and the firm has not yet aligned with a recognized framework.
A 48-month roadmap guides next steps, with milestones spanning policy finalization in 2026 through potential GRESB benchmark evaluation and third-party assurance readiness by 2029.
